I offer an initial, exploratory coaching session at £60. We can discuss options for you at that time and tailor a coaching programme accordingly.
I offer prospective clients an initial exploratory meeting. This is an opportunity to find out what you want to achieve, to answer any questions you may have and to explore the appropriateness of coaching. Of course, it is also an opportunity to show you how I work.
At the end of this session, if we wish to work together, we will arrange to meet for an agreed number of sessions. The length and frequency of sessions is very much dependent on individual requirements. I aim to work flexibly to suit your needs and commitments, however as a guideline, we will meet at least once a month and I usually suggest sessions of 1.5 – 2 hours duration.
I offer coaching sessions over the phone, with Skype and face to face.
Qualifications and Experience

I have worked as an Executive and Life Coach for over ten years and I am certified to use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) methods. CBT Coaching focuses on managing problems by changing thinking and behaviour. However, as important as these qualifications are, I believe it is my life experience, combined with my intuitive attitude, which is the key to my coaching success. This includes being able to draw from a range of approaches and techniques used in over fourteen years of Counselling practice. Before this, I worked in Banking and Retail.
