Prices and Product Information
Prices are in pounds sterling. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and production processes will allow, and that the descriptions are accurate. Slight variations in colour, size and product specifications may occur. Many items are hand-made with natural variations in finish.
Delivery
We currently offer a free standard delivery service and a free returns service. Please allow 3-5 working days for standard delivery.
There is a charge of £7.95 for next day delivery. If you require next delivery we will need to receive your order by 2pm. Any orders placed for next day delivery after 2pm, will be delivered within 2 days.
Cancellations
You are entitled to cancel your order, for any reason, up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
Returns & Refunds
Our products are designed and manufactured with great care and affection and we hope you will be pleased with them. However, if for any reason you are not, please return them unused and in the original packaging within 28 days and we will refund the return postage to the value of the original carriage cost or exchange the item/s for you.
